‘I'm not like regular customers’: Entitled lady demands cashier waive store's policy because she is an executive member and “rules don't apply to her”, cashier refuses

Exactly. No one is above the law; no one should demand special treatment just because. If you are a member of society, you need to act like one. And yes, that also means following the rules.

The person who really should be the one reading this is the entitled lady in the story below. Ignoring a store sign that said '1 Item per customer' on a discounted protein shake, she decided she was going to buy four. When she got to the cash register, surprise surprise, the cashier informed her that she could only buy one, due to the store's policy. However, this lady refused to accept that she must follow the rules and tried to use her "executive member" status to get her way.

Spoiler alert: she was not successful.
